This company is amazing! Not only are they great at roofing, but they are the epitome of a outstanding business. They were responsive, returning our call in 24 hours and having a team at our house within 48. HW Wilson is prompt as they were to come out after 4, they called at 4, said they’d before there within 30 minutes and delivered. They were also caring as we were their last job of the day, but they did a thorough job making sure our leak had stopped. Then they stayed around to answer all of our questions. Most importantly they were honest and fair. They fixed our small leak, and a few other potential problem areas at no cost. Then they let us know we still had 3-5 years left on our roof, instead of pressuring us into a new one. This was the most positive interaction we’ve ever had with a company and are truly grateful for HW Wilson roofing.
